WattWatch

About

WattWatch exists to make Michigan electric rates legible — what each provider charges, who decides those rates, and when a customer can still do something about it.

It is an independent project. It is not affiliated with any utility, the Michigan Public Service Commission, or any advocacy organization. Every figure on the site traces to a primary source. See the methodology and data status before trusting any of it.

If something looks wrong, a source is missing, a deadline is incorrect, or you just have a question:

help@wattwatch.app

I read every message. Replies usually come within a few days. Rate-case deadlines get priority.

Corrections are the point, not an annoyance. A wrong deadline sends someone to a hearing that is not happening, and a wrong board sends them to the wrong meeting — both are worse than saying nothing, so tell me and it gets fixed. What we do with an email address.
