Where the sources disagree

The 522.2-acre figure is the land actually rezoned by Ordinance 2025-02. Reporting has also described a wider campus of roughly 810 acres across nineteen parcels, and one tracker lists about 1,000 acres; those describe the assembled site, not the rezoning, which is why the smaller number is the one carried here. Vote counts are the county’s own, taken from the Washtenaw County Clerk’s election reporting rather than from a third party, and they are now certified. Checked on 25 August 2026 the results page offered an “Unofficial Election Results” report of 12 August 2026; on 7 September 2026 the same page serves “Official Election Results” for the 4 August 2026 primary, created 31 August 2026, with 112 of 112 precincts fully counted. The certified figures are identical to the unofficial ones, so nothing here moved except its standing. The 100 MW capacity comes from a third-party tracker and has not been confirmed by the developer.
